Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to the promotional period, 15 rockets will be launched over a period of 3 days and the following data will be recorded at the launch site: Longitude and latitude coordinates of where each rocket lands, wind speed, duration of flight, temperature, wind direction, time of launch

Eligible entrants log in to
http://www.turboboosttouchdown.com/ each day of the promotional period and play the Turbo Boost Touchdown game by guessing the location where the rocket will touchdown. This is done by plotting a ‘pin’ on a stylised interactive map that represents the launch site.
Eligible entrants can plot the touchdown location or change their choice of location up until 10 seconds prior to launch time.
For each day of the Promotional Period, the Eligible Entrant that submitted coordinates closest to the actual location will be awarded a prize. The awarding of a prize is based on a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. If more than one Eligible Entrant has submitted the same coordinates or submitted coordinates that are of equal distance, the Eligible Entrant to have plotted the location first will be awarded the prize.
There are 15 prizes on offer: 14 x $100 Dick Smith gift vouchers (for winners of rockets 1-14 inclusive) and 1 x ACER Aspire AS5741-434G50Mn Notebook at RRP $1098. (for the winner of rocket 15 )
Winners will be announced within 30 days of the end of the promotional period. Winners will be determined by an automated system located at Dick Smith head office at 2 Davidson Street, Chullora NSW 2190. Winners will be announced in The Australian on Wednesday 9th June
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
